Effectiveness of endophytic-rhizobial seed inoculation of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) cultivated in irrigated soil

Application of seed inoculation with active nodule bacteria strains increases crop productivity legumes and reduces the impact negative environmental factors. The effectiveness complex has not been studied thoroughly. purpose study was to determine endophytic on plant growth development, rhizosphere microbiota, soybean in irrigated soil Southern Steppe Ukraine. In field research, seeds ultra-early maturing cultivar Diona medium-maturing Aratta were inoculated bioformulation RyzobinK (based association Bradyrhizobium japonicum UCM B-6018, B-6023 B-6035), its combination bacteria. During growing season, number phosphorus-mobilizing, pedotrophic, prototrophic, oligonitrotrophic, nitrogen-fixing increased RyzobinK, combined one endophytes − Bacillus sp. 4, Brevibacillus 5 or Pseudomonas 6. Under unfavorable conditions high temperatures droughts, endophytic-rhizobial contributed an increase soybean. On average 2018-2020, under highest yields cultivars 2.66 2.90 t/ha obtained, that exceeded bacteria-free treatment variants by almost 30% 40% respectively, a simultaneous protein fat content seeds.
